Online Return Policy
All items must be in original/unworn and undamaged condition with all original tags and labels attached, including shoe boxes, hangers, etc.
Please note that your order is not confirmed until you have received shipping details.
If there is an unreasonable purchase and return pattern, we may be obligated to restrict or refuse future purchases and returns from such customer.
We are not responsible for providing a return label. You may request a label for a fee of $9.95.
There is a restocking fee of $3 per item that is returned, which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or delayed in delivery.
Please note, the acceptance of a return for refund is at our sole discretion.
- All full price merchandise can be returned to us within 7 days of 1st attempted delivery.
- Sale items, up to 30% off, can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
- Items that are discounted 30% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-store pickup orders fall under our in-store return policy: Same day of purchase for a refund. 7 days from purchase for store credit.

Online returns must be shipped back to the store. Any in-store returns will be at the store’s discretions for store credit only.

All returns must include the original packing slip.
- Items must be delivered at the provided address within 7 days of 1st attempted delivery for a full refund.
- Items received between 8-10 days will be returned for a store credit.
- Items received after 10 days are final sale and will be shipped back to you.
Please allow 3-5 days from our receipt of your return for your refund to come through.
We want you to receive the item you want as soon as possible! Therefore, in order to assure the availability of the desired item and to receive it more quickly, we recommend that you place a new order for the correct size/item you need and ship back (return, per the above information) the incorrect one.
