Return Policy

ORDER TYPE RETURN TIME FRAME RETURN POLICY

ORDERS THAT SHIP

You have 7 days from the date of first attempted deliver to initiate a return.

To ensure your package reaches us within a timely manner, please ship out your return with a reliable courier within two days of receiving your return approval. Please note that items must be back in our store by the tenth day.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue your store credit via email.

There are no refunds at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, a restocking fee of $7.50 will be deducted for each item returned.

Approved return requests will receive an automatic prepaid label via email. A return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your return if you choose to use our label.

IN STORE PICKUP

Your return needs to be back in the store within 3 days from when you received your pickup confirmation.

Once the items are inspected, we will issue you a store credit.

Additional Information

  • Returned items must be undamaged, unused, in its original condition and packaged with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached.
  • Canceled orders are subject to a $10 canceling fee.
  • Sales Receipts must also be attached with all returns.
  • If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($150) from the order we will charge the original shipping fee of $10.
  • Items which are excluded from returns are hair accessories, pajamas, and underwear.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

How to Start a Return

USA

A shipping label will be provided for you. A $10 shipping charge for all returns will be automatically deducted from your refund if this label is used. Additionally, If the customer keeps less than the free minimum shipping worth of merchandise ($150) from the order we will charge the original shipping fee of $10. Make sure to only return items that are refundable. If a non-refundable item is returned, the $10 charge will still be deducted and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. If you would like to ship your package back yourself feel free to add your own stamps, and shipping charges will not be deducted.

International

Send your package via a trustable courier, please note this is not a pre-paid service so don’t forget to attach stamps and pay for your postage.
