We take pride in offering great customer service and a wide selection of items. However, if for any reason you need to make a return, please log in here within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return label. If it has been over 7 days or due to extreme circumstances, please contact us via email at Hello@
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Submit the items you are returning through our log in portal, and follow the steps to request a return.
2. If you are submitting your return (excluding final sale items) within 7 days, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label to send back your items.
3. If it has been over 7 days or your items are marked as final sale, your return request will automatically be declined.
*Please note that orders that are picked up at one of our locations are subject to our in-store return policy.
Please note that we do not accept returns for accessories, sale merchandise, or swimwear, which are considered Final Sale.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer; we do, however, offer shipping return labels for a flat fee of $9.95. Let us know if you would like one when you email us for your return authorization code.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be ineligible for refund or store credit. Although it rarely occurs, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions and returns from customers who exhibit an excessive or unreasonable return pattern.
